The Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA) communications office consists of Arizona National Guard (AZNG) Public Affairs Office and the DEMA Public Information Office.

The office supports the DEMA mission to "provide military and emergency management capabilities to citizens of Arizona and the Nation" through its interactions with the media; outreach to the public; and efforts to report on the day-to-day activities and achievements of the Arizona National Guard and the Division of Emergency Management, and their effect on the whole community.
