Camp Navajo ID Cards / Deers

Camp Navajo DEERS ID does id card issuing for military members, contractors, state employees, federal employees, military retired, 100% Disabled American Veteran & dependents of military/retired members. Also, basic updates can be made with adding/removing dependents. Refer to sections below on additional documents needed to update the system.

This office only does appointments only, no walk-ins are accepted. Use link below to schedule your appointment. Check link repeatedly for available dates and times. Please understand that Camp Navajo is extremely limited on manning and high demand for services. Allow ample time for personnel to respond to your request.

  • 2 valid forms of ID (issued by the State or Federal Government)
  • Confirmation from TASS (State & Federal Employee)
  • Contractors, State & Federal Employees confirm with Camp Navajo for any other documentation needed

  •  2 valid forms of ID NOT EXPIRED (18 years and older) (issued by the State or Federal Government)
  • Sponsors DD 214 and/or retirement orders
  • 100% DAV - Letter from VA stating member 100% disabled and authorized commissary and exchange privileges
  • Dependent ID cards will only be issued for ages 10 and up. 18 and over require two valid forms of identification.
  • Dependents age 21 – up to 23, full time student - Letter from the school registrar's office certifying full-time course of study leading to an associate's degree or higher and anticipated graduation date (must have month, day & year)
  • Dependents age 23 - 26 – enrolled in Tricare Young Adult
  • Dependents age 65 - ID cards expiring the month prior to your 65th birthday, we will need to verify your Medicare A & B. Ensure you bring your Medicare card in addition to your 2 forms of ID, to avoid loss of coverage.

DEERS ENROLLMENT:

  • Photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)
  • Social Security Card
  • Marriage License with raised seal
