Camp Navajo ID Cards / Deers

Please understand that Camp Navajo is a National Guard base with extremely limited manning and high demand for services. ID/DEERS is staffed by drilling guard Soldier(s) that may be called to duty on short notice, or participating in Unit Training Assemblies. Allow ample time for personnel to respond to your request.

CAMP NAVAJO PROCEDURES:

Customer are required to have an appointment. Customer’s documentation needs to be valid and present at appointment. Sponsor must be present at appointment for dependents ID card. Sponsor will sign DD Form 1172-2 during appointment.

ID CARDS ISSUING:

  • 2 valid forms of ID (issued by the State or Federal Government)
  • Confirmation from TASS (State & Federal Employee)
  • Contractors, State & Federal Employees confirm with Camp Navajo for any other documentation needed

  • 2 valid forms of ID (18 years and older) (issued by the State or Federal Government)
  • Sponsors DD 214 and/or retirement orders
  • DAV
  • Letter from VA stating member 100% disabled and authorized commissary and exchange privileges
  • DD 214
  • Dependents over age 21 as student
  • Letter from school registrar office stating FULL TIME enrollment for current year

DEERS ENROLLMENT:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)
  • Social Security Card
  • Marriage License with raised seal 

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card

WARD, ADOPTED & INCAPACITATED
