215 th RTI Officer Candidate School produces fully qualified, highly trained, officer candidates for federal commissioning as a second Lieutenant to fully support both State and Federal missions. They will be developed leaders that are well grounded in the Army Values and prepared, upon completion of branch specific training, to conduct unified land operations in any operational environment. The main things that hold up Soldiers from being accepted into the program are:

• GT Score requirement of 110
• 90 college credits towards a bachelors to begin
• Passing ACFT 
• Letter of Recommendation from current Commander
• Need to commission prior to age 42.
