The SHARP program enhances Army readiness through the prevention of sexual_ assault, sexual harassment, and associated retaliatory behaviors while providing comprehensive response capabilities. The overall goal of the SHARP program is to create a climate that; minimizes sexual assault incidents, encourages victims to report incidents of sexual assault without fear, through prevention training and awareness programs to educate Soldiers. Our policy is to promote sensitive care and confidential reporting for victims of sexual assault and accountability for those who commit these crimes.
