If you will be visiting Camp Navajo the Publication Welcome Packet on the left will provide you with everything you need to know to plan your stay here. We strive to do the best we can for our visitors here at Camp Navajo. The Welcome Packet gives airport info, driving directions, lodging info, restaurant info and local tourism and recreational information as well as ideas for visiting Camp Navajo and the surrounding area.
The following forms of identification are accepted.
- A driver's license or ID card, with photograph, issued by a state of the United States or US territory.
- A Common Access Card (CAC) issued by any US government agency or contractor.
- A passport.
- EXCEPTION The new Driver's license issued by the state of California that is NOT approved as federal identification is NOT accepted for entry to Camp Navajo.
If your visit to Camp Navajo requires access to the Limited Area (Ammunition Storage Area) you must submit application and be approved by the security manager's office. The starting point for the access application process is with your Camp Navajo Point of Contact. For convenience, you may download the required forms and find related instructions below.
If you are Military, Defense Contractor, or DEMA civilian personnel please follow these instructions.
- Complete Request for Limited Area Access Form 19B electronically to maintain clarity.
- Ensure that you provide either your social Security Number or DoD PIN.
- If you have a security clearance, indicate so by checking the box but attach NO documentation.
- Submit the completed form to your POC electronically to maintain clarity.
- Please do NOT FAX the form
- Submit the completed form to your POC no later than Thirty (30) days prior to the first day of your visit.
- Incomplete information will delay processing.
If you are a facility contractor please follow these instructions.
- Complete Request for Limited Area Access Form 19B electronically to maintain clarity.
- Complete Police Record Check Form DD-369 electronically to maintain clarity. Complete only the date and your personal information boxes 1-9 and ensure that you sign in box 11.
- Make NO entries below your signature in box 11.
- Submit the completed forms to your POC electronically to maintain clarity.
- Please do NOT FAX the forms
- Submit the completed form to your POC no later than Thirty (30) days prior to the first day of your visit.
- Incomplete information will delay processing.
