Civilians, Airmen & Soldiers of the Year (CASY)

“Accountability: the good, the bad, and the ugly”

It is that time again to honor the Arizona’s Civilians, Airmen & Soldiers of the Year! Let’s celebrate Team DEMA and our accomplishments throughout the year on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Tempe Mission Palms by Hyatt in Tempe, Arizona. Reception begins at 5:30 pm, Dinner and Awards program will begin at 6:30 pm.

The State Conference/Professional Development is a 2-day community-sponsored event on April 25-26 by the National Guard Association of Arizona (NGAAZ) and Enlisted Association National Guard of Arizona (EANGA). Participants can enjoy a golf tournament followed by lunch and a social event on day one; and three exciting distinct events on day two. For more information, visit the NGAAZ website.

Register by 13 April 2025. Registration is not complete until payment is received. 
 

Cost (Per person)

•    $90: O4+, CW4/5, DEMA Directors and DEMA Directors Guest
•    $75: E7-O3, WO1, CW2/3 and CW2/3 Guest
•    $60: E5 & E6 and Guest
•    $60: DEMA Civilian and DEMA Civilian Guest
•    $70: All Other Civilians and Guest
•    $45: E1-E4 and E1-E4 Guest
•    $0: Nominee and +1 Guest

Discounted room rates are available. Reserve your room online at https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/PHXDT/G-NGAA. Group rates are applicable for stays from April 24 - 27, 2025.

Room rates per night are $174 plus $12.50 destination fee at Tempe Mission Palms by Hyatt. Cutoff group rate will be available until 03 April 2025.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
